Start-here path for most people

  1. Decide your service: new learner, regular licence, renewal, duplicate, upgrade, or IDP
  2. Budget using fee tables and the fee calculator
  3. Prepare documents with the learner document checker when on a learner path
  4. Apply only on dlims.punjab.gov.pk
  5. Pay the PSID shown for that application
  6. Practise with driving test practice
  7. Track progress with track application

FAQs

For applicants, treat Dastak branding and DLIMS services as the same official licensing journey on dlims.punjab.gov.pk unless the government publishes a separate domain.

Many steps work on mobile browsers. Keep a desktop nearby for clearer document uploads if your phone camera struggles with CNIC glare.

Use the fee tables on this site, then confirm the live PSID on the official portal.
